FIXED AND ROTATING PIZZA OVENS
The first of its kind, the Ultralight rotating oven designed for the mobile catering and for places where the oven must be placed on a elevated wood floor where a normal oven wouldn't be suitable due to weight.
At only 450kg this is the lightest pizza oven ever produced, without obviously giving up on quality. Two separated mouth doors with the internal one being a rolling shutter and the external a hinged door, ensure a very low heat loss during quiet periods and incredibly fast warm up time when the oven is needed. The contemporary look with calendered steel make it perfect to blend into a modern place or we can provide a choice of mosaic tiles for a moore traditional look.

Gas burner


POWER


The burner creates a radiant flame through a patented cast iron nozzle, with gas and air precisely mixed by valves and silent fans. The most powerful and efficient on the market, it boosts performance, saves energy, and lets you bake up to 3 extra pizzas thanks to the absence of ash and embers. Fully replacing wood, it eliminates handling and storage hassles as well as pests. Digital or electric controls, thermostatic probes, and an adjustable flame ensure perfect results every time, with the flame easily positioned left or right at the oven mouth.
VENTURI


The burner delivers a radiant flame via gas and air mixing through two tempered cast-iron nozzles, ensuring strong performance, long life, and great value. Bake up to 3 extra pizzas with no ash, embers, or wood hassles. It features a manual ignition knob, optional digital controls, and a concealed, adjustable flame, installable right, left, or rear (enabling dual fuel use). Efficient and budget-friendly, it’s perfect for our ovens and hybrid wood-gas models.



COOKING SURFACE
BACKUP HEATING
In our rotating ovens, you can choose between a gas burner or an electric heating element placed beneath the baking surface. In fixed ovens, we can install a series of high-radiation, high-temperature electric elements to ensure immediate heat recovery.
This added heat source allows you to use the oven at peak times without waiting between batches for the baking surface to regain lost heat, enabling you to operate the oven at full capacity.
